Consumer right of withdrawal and guarantee

Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" state that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and return the item purchased in the online store to the seller. The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal".
To arrange the return of the product, please contact SIA Woodvocation electronically at returns.busybabylv@gmail.com indicating the order number and date.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, please fill out and sign the withdrawal form, attach a copy of the document confirming the purchase and (choosing the most convenient way)

In order for the deadline for the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, - within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment when the product was handed over to the Consumer or a third party who is not the carrier, but The consumer had indicated as the recipient of the goods.

If you cancel the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the purchase.

The costs of sending the product back are not refunded and are fully covered by the buyer.

The right of refusal cannot be used in the following cases: the packaging of the product has been opened and cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons; the packaging of the goods has been opened and the goods have been used for purposes other than to determine the type, characteristics and operation of these goods.

The product must be returned in the original packaging and the buyer must provide appropriate packaging for safe transportation of the product back to the seller (SIA "Woodvocation"). The money paid for the product, as well as the delivery fee from the store to the buyer, will be refunded after the product is returned, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when BusyBabyLV is notified of the Buyer's decision to cancel the purchase. BusyBabyLV reserves the right to withhold payment until the goods have been received back or when you have submitted proof that the goods have been sent back.
